By downloading this kit, freebie, embellishment, etc., you are agreeing to a license to use this product for PERSONAL use only, (NO COMMERCIAL USE is allowed aside from S4H/S4O), and are not to be redistributed in any way. If you'd like to share the products with friends and family, please send them to my blog: http://mhkscraps.blogspot.com instead to see where to download it. Please also give proper credit when using the contents of this kit.

You May:
1. Use the contents of this kit in your personal scrapbooking or other personal projects.
2. Recolor, resize and/or modify these images for personal use only
3. Submit your layouts to galleries or post on blogs etc. as long as proper credit is given to MHK Scraps.


You May Not:
1. Alter the contents of this kit and claim them as your own.
2. Resell or redistribute the contents of this kit to anyone.
3. Use the contents of this kit in creating any commercial use products.
4. Use the contents of this kit in an obscene, pornographic or illegal manner.



MHK Scraps is now Scrap For Hire/Scrap For Others friendly!  Under these terms ONLY:
•You MAY use these designs to create custom pages, cards, announcements, and scrapbooks for individual clients for compensation, provided that the client only receives printed copies OR FLATTENED .jpg pages.
•Each page/project MUST be custom made for each client. You may not create pages that you use over and over for different clients.
•You may NOT advertise any pages for sale. You may post your pages to an online gallery to show a sampling of your work, however, it must be clear that clients can't pick and choose pages you have previously created. 
•Again, pages MUST be custom and UNIQUE to each client.
•You may not use my designs for high volume sales. You are limited to selling no more than 20 hard copies of the scrapbook/scrap pages to the client. However, if you create a custom baby announcement or other announcement or invite, you may print up to and no more than 150 copies so the client may send the card/invite to family and friends. If you need to print more than listed above, please contact me for special consideration.
•You  MAY NOT use my designs in any way to create QPs/QUICK PAGES/PREMADE pages or TEMPLATES either for free or for sale.
